From the Italian headquarters of Dedalus, a leading company in digital health and diagnostic solutions in Europe, and one of the largest in the world, we were asked to create some internal communication posters for their employees to know, remember and practice their main corporate values.
The challenge was to create attractive and eye-catching posters based on a very limited corporate image, as it has to be for a multinational on such a scale.
There was only one place where we could give free rein to creativity and that was the photo itself.
With this in mind we created a collage collection where we combined the company's corporate colors with black and white photos. The contrasts between geometric figures with organic silhouettes or straight with curves, create a unique composition that invites to explore and reflect on values.
